A set of four Art Nouveau-era three-light table candelabra in gilded metal, comprising a pair with tiered arms adorned with flowers and foliage on sweeping stems, and a pair with curved, foliage-decorated arms resting on rounded bases.

During the Art Nouveau period, ornamental artists and glassmakers drew direct inspiration from the forms of nature to create organic, supple lines. Floral motifs and undulating plant stems came to feature on everyday objects, lending a fluid grace to small light fittings and table accessories.
