A disc on the wall sconce designed to reflect light. This was a gift presented to Artur Greiser (1897–1946), President of the Senate of the Free City of Danzig, by the Senate of the City of Danzig on September 1, 1939, as a token of appreciation for his cooperation. An engraved inscription attests to these circumstances. The upper part of the disc is adorned with the coat of arms of Gdańsk, while the lower part features stylized floral motifs.
The creator of this coat of arms is Arthur Winkler, who holds the title of Master Metalworker and whose hallmark depicts a hammer, a press handle, and a square.
