Title at the top of the drawing: “Petit Trianon – Versailles.” Inscription in the lower right corner: “École des Beaux-arts, Rennes”; and a signature that appears to have been erased: “Jean Fouard [?], March 29, 1933.”
Sketched by a student at the École des Beaux-Arts in Rennes of the west facade of the Petit Trianon in Versailles, built by Ange-Jacques Gabriel in the 1760s.
