Horn handle, finely striated in relief; steel pommel with floral decoration; steel guard featuring two wild boar heads and bearing a blank shield in the center; a 44.5 cm blade with two fuller grooves, signed at the heel “G. BARRE ET - 11 R. DES LIONS 11- PARIS”; brown leather scabbard (fragile) with two steel fittings, decorated with leaves and a dog.
Good overall condition
The leather of the scabbard is brittle and the tip is slightly bent.
