Iron, gilded bronze
Total length: 116 cm; Blade length: 96 cm
Straight, double-edged steel blade with a fuller on each side; one engraved with: CIELES BRACH ME FECIT and the other with: CIELES BRACH SOLINGEN.
Gilded bronze hilt. Globular pommel with vertical grooves; hilt arch adorned with fine edging; crossguard with two strong, right-angled pontats; chiseled quillons. Tapered shaft with filigree copper wire inlay.
Very good condition. 90% of the original gilding remains.
