Superb original 19th-century antique painting depicting a still life entitled "Composition aux crevettes et aux œufs".

About Louis Dupuis (1842-1921)
Louis Dupuis was a Belgian artist best known for his still lifes, landscapes and some sculpted works. Active in the 19th and early 20th centuries, he was part of a period when still life and genre painting were flourishing in Europe, particularly in France and Belgium.
