Opium Needle

Rare opium needle in twisted paktong.
Square in cross-section, one end has been forged so as to obtain a scraper to loosen the dross remaining on the stove. Its middle has been twisted to make the object easy to roll between the fingers.
Rare on the market and little known to dealers, opium needles are difficult accessories for collectors to locate.
Length: 158 mm.
