18th Century Vènerie Dagger In Horn And Silver
Large, elegant 17th century hunting dagger in horn and silver. The steel blade is finely engraved with arabesques and bears the arms with a crescent moon under a canopy. The horn handle is adorned with 6 silver cabochons, and the guard is worked in repoussé silver with shell decoration. The scabbard is missing and the blade is slightly oxidized.
