Important pair of slender ovoid hanging vases in ceramic with bright green monochrome glaze, shaded with subtle brown drips on the neck and handles.
This model is distinguished by its two flat side handles, sculpted with geometric motifs in relief, evoking stylized wings. A bold aesthetic, on the border between Art Nouveau and Art Deco (Modernist period).
Created by Clément Massier in Golfe-Juan ( Vallauris ) circa 1910 - 1920
The letters "A.M" for Alpes Maritimes can be distinguished.
