Chinese Cloisonne Spirit Pot
In China strong spirits, such as baijiu, are traditionally served hot (around 40°) and drunk cul-sec in tiny glasses...
This pretty little spirit pourer is in copper, enameled with cloisonné enamels.
The red copper is slightly oxidized (in black). The inner zinc vessel for the hot water bath is also a little oxidized (in white!).
Good used condition with no noticeable lack of enamel. Late 19th / early 20th century.
