Antique Edwardian-era card holder in 925 sterling silver, featuring a patented sliding opening mechanism (Needham’s Patent).

Manufactured by the renowned English silverware firm Henry Williamson Ltd. in the early 20th century (circa 1903).
The ribbed section in the center serves as a sliding button to eject the cards from the interior.

It features rich and very fine engraving with floral motifs, leaf scrolls, and acanthus leaves typical of the period’s style.

English sterling silver hallmarks are clearly stamped along the upper outer edge.
Excellent condition.
Dimensions: 8.5x4.5 cm.
