Church Cruets And Washbasin - Solid Silver - 19th Century
In silver vermeil, the three pieces have a minerve hallmark.
The washbasin is by the Parisian goldsmithJean-Baptiste Garnier, whose hallmark was registered on July 23, 1839. This GARNIER, a pair of cruets and four grains. The attached cruets form a very homogeneousset. Finely chased, the handles are shaped like cornucopias. The letters A and V -Aqua and Vino- are used todifferentiate them. Dimensions of 23 cm for the washbasin and 14.5 cm for our cruets.
