Calibre: 17.2 mm
Flat-sided barrel, slightly flared, with fine rifling; marked on the top ‘Lepage Arq.er de S. Mte No. 201’; dated on the underside 1809 and numbered 1140.
Silver rice-grain front sight.
Smooth breech block with guilloché screw.
Flat-bodied lock, converted to percussion, signed ‘Lepage à Paris’ and numbered 1140 on the inside.
Hammer with guilloché screw.
Cut-work iron fittings.
Walnut stock, long barrel, finely checkered.
Octagonal silver cap, featuring a Gorgon’s head motif, two cock hallmarks.
Wooden grip with brass pommel.
Good condition, minor surface wear of no consequence.
