Elegant Empire period pedestal table, resting on a tripod base of solid mahogany and flame mahogany veneer, of very fine quality.
The central columnar shaft, sober and powerful, is belted at its base with a gilded bronze ring, characteristic of the Empire style.
The circular top in white-veined grey marble, with its rich natural nuances, provides a refined contrast with the warmth of the wood. The whole presents a balanced line and a beautiful presence.
Nineteenth-century French work, in the taste of Consulat / Empire productions.
