Elegant early 19th-century French "tambour" clock, resting on an architectural base in patinated bronze, richly adorned with ormolu decoration depicting a flowering vase framed by garlands.


The circular dial, framed by an openwork gilt bronze frame, features Roman numerals and two openings for winding. Original hands.

French work, Empire / Restoration period, circa 1820-1840.
