Mass Alb - Late 19th Century
Since Vatican II, priests are no longer required to wear a cassock when celebrating Mass. The lace alb has therefore fallen into disuse.
From the very late 19th or early 20th century, with fine lace, this alb is in used condition with a few tears. However, it retains a certain freshness.
