This superb drop-front secretary from the Restoration period is crafted from mahogany and high-quality flamed mahogany veneer, displaying a remarkable butterfly-wing grain pattern. The understated yet elegant front features harmonious proportions, accentuated by a projecting cornice surmounted by its original marble top, which is in perfect condition, without any damage – a true asset. The drop-front reveals a refined interior comprising several small drawers, a central niche, and a drawer in the upper section.
