Charming small Louis XIII style cabinet in solid walnut, composed of two superimposed sections dating from the 17th century. The lower section opens at the front with a wide, molded door and a large, pass-through drawer. The upper section (in miniature) opens with a smaller door, topped with a crenellated cornice. The side panels of this piece are of very high quality and quite thick. The whole rests on two ball feet at the front and two square feet at the back.
