Pair Of Large Limoges Porcelain Cups For Broth, Hot Chocolate, Etc., Hand-painted

An exceptional pair of cups for broth, hot chocolate, etc., made of Limoges porcelain and entirely hand-painted.
The cups and saucers are decorated with two splendid bouquets of assorted flowers set within green-backed medallions and outlined by fine gold fillets and dotted lines.
The two medallions are separated by a harmonious, stylized design of branches and palmettes, also rendered in fine gold.
The interior of the cups is adorned with a wide gold border around the rim, eight plant motifs, two circular borders at the bottom, and a large solid-gold medallion.
Both the handles and the bases of our cups are accented with gold.
Work of remarkable quality and craftsmanship
"Limoges France" mark in chrome green on the reverse of each cup.
