Set of four carved walnut armchairs that recalls the Lombard Baroque taste of the mid-18th century. The structure features cabriole legs joined by shaped double-scroll stretchers, a serpentine seat rail, and scroll-ended armrests. Both the seat and the back are caned; the upper crest is carved with foliate motifs and a central cartouche. The green damask seat cushions are later replacements.
Condition report: Good overall condition. Caning intact. Cushions are later replacements, not period.
