Turned wooden tobacco jar - 19th century. Jar on a turned beechwood pedestal, with a fitted corbel surmounted by a carved knob. The body and the rim of the lid are both worked. In good condition. Note three woodworm holes in the lid (original holes, as the lid was made from old, infested wood; traces of galleries from the inside). Total height 14 cm, diameter 10.5 cm
