Gilt brass hilt with a beak-shaped guard decorated with acanthus leaves arranged in a cross from a palmette.

Buffalo horn grip with twisted gilt copper wire (in good condition and present on this example).
Balanced and very light blade.
Overall in good condition, with some wear to the blade.
