A charming little Renaissance-style chair with a flat back. It rests on four turned and fluted legs, connected by a turned baluster-shaped H-shaped stretcher. The rectangular back is adorned with moldings all around, and the center is entirely carved and openwork with Renaissance motifs. The upholstery and fabric have been completely redone recently, so the seat is firm and very comfortable. The fabric is beige velvet with a studded finish, all in very good condition.
