"Renaissance-style Floor Lamp In Gilded Wood, Late 19th Century"
A Renaissance-style giltwood floor lamp, made in the late 19th or very early 20th century. It rests on a richly carved tripod base. The central column is covered with scale-patterned carvings and topped with a Corinthian capital. The lamp is in good condition overall, with some minor woodwork missing from the base (see photos 11 and 12) and some small areas of paint wear. The wiring is functional but quite old.
