A Regency/Louis XV period bookcase in painted oak. Early 18th century. It is painted gray with off-white highlights. It opens with two molded, three-panel doors, the upper one being grilled. The front rails and rounded uprights are recessed with molded frames and ovals. The sides feature three molded panels. The interior is painted cardinal red. It comprises three shelves, one of which has two drawers. The lock, with its original key, is functional. Dimensions: W 139.5 x D 54.5 x H 222 cm. Cornice: W 158 x D 61.5 cm
