A beautiful Italian majolica centerpiece or flowerpot, decorated in blue on a light blue background by Cantagalli, a renowned ceramics manufacturer in Florence.
The piece is star-shaped or lotus-shaped with numerous "petals" that serve as compartments or vases, decorated in monochrome with landscapes, insects, flowers, and vegetation. It bears the Blu mark in the shape of a rooster. It can be dated between the late 19th and early 20th century.
