An important set of engraved crystal glasses, decorated with the Russian imperial double-headed eagle, emblem of the Russian Empire under the Romanov dynasty. The decoration is executed in a smooth, satin-finished engraving, highlighting the eagle with outstretched wings surmounted by the imperial crown.
The glasses have an elegant conical shape resting on a double-bulged stem and a circular foot, characteristic of high-quality European decorative glassware from the early 20th century. The set is distinguished by the uniformity of its designs and the coherence of the service, bringing together matching water glasses, champagne glasses, and vodka glasses.
This type of service, inspired by Russian imperial designs, was intended for a clientele sensitive to historical iconography and refined tableware. The quality of the crystal, the regularity of the engraving, and the symbolic power of the decoration give this set a remarkable visual presence.
A beautiful decorative and collectible set, ideal for a formal table, a display case, or a cabinet of curiosities.
