Oak Sideboard, Louis-philippe Style – Late 19th Century
This sideboard embodies the elegant simplicity of the Louis-Philippe style with its meticulously crafted solid oak frame. Its top conceals a sliding tray, ingeniously designed to expand the usable surface as needed, while maintaining the harmony of its lines. The front opens with two drawers in the frieze, adorned with turned wooden pulls framed by delicate circular moldings that highlight the attention to detail. The turned, tapered uprights add a sculptural touch and connect two stretcher shelves, providing open and functional storage. The piece rests on bulbous feet, typical of the Louis-Philippe aesthetic, which lend it elegant stability and timeless charm. This piece of furniture, both decorative and practical, will find its place in a classic interior or, in contrast, in a more contemporary setting. Period: Late 19th century. Excellent condition after restoration in our workshop. Waxed finish. Delivery available in France and internationally. Dimensions: Width: 100 cm, Depth: 45 cm, Height: 94 cm. Reference: 051125
