Salvatore Balsamo (Naples, 1894 – Naples, 1922) was an Italian painter.
He trained in his hometown under the tutelage of Vincenzo Irolli, Giuseppe Casciaro, and Eugenio Scorzelli; he died at the age of twenty-eight, leaving little biographical information.
He distinguished himself as a landscape painter with a robust and spontaneous style, influenced by his masters and the works of Nicolas De Corsi. His works are held in the Galleria d'Arte Moderna in Milan and in the art collections of the Fondazione Cariplo.
