Napoleon I Reliquary Medal
Reliquary medal case containing three medals: the passage through Rouen of the mortal remains of Emperor Napoleon (gilt bronze), the memorial to St. Helena (patinated bronze), and Napoleon in Egypt (patinated bronze). The case is made of blackened wood with a glass front and a hinged lid. The velvet lining on the exposed side is faded. In very good condition, the medals are almost uncirculated.
