Pewter covered bowl from Rouen - 18th century. Pewter bowl with bracket-shaped handles, decorated with flowers. The lid is decorated with a "tremble" frieze, flowers, and a swan (see detail photos). The lid's knob is shaped like a button and decorated with a flower. Stamped with a crowned hammer and the initials "PLG" of Pierre Gaspard Lamare in Rouen, who became a master in 1767. In good condition, however, there is a small hole (see photo). One handle is more worn than the other. Diameter 17 cm, width including handles 30.2 cm
