Superb carousel figure: Original polychrome wooden camel. Rare antique model circa 1900/1910 in beautiful condition with its original polychromy (some minor repainting and repairs consistent with age). Some wear to the wood is visible in the photos (which also serve as a description to visually assess the object's condition). The wooden figure is fixed to its two original iron bars and has an original iron handle. The eyes are made of sulfide glass and are also original. A rare model attributed to the work of Bernard van Guyse (Belgium) or Charles Loof (Coney Island, USA).
