Pair of hexagonal glazed terracotta stools decorated with finely modeled and painted relief panels depicting animals, birds, and flowers. The surface is covered with a thick glaze in shades of midnight blue and brown, characteristic of fine Chinese ceramics. The decorative openings on some panels are reminiscent of traditional stools used both as seats and decorative elements. Good overall condition with minor signs of wear.
