Vintage Romanian Rug 300x200 Cm

This vintage Romanian rug, circa 1980, features a rich floral composition on a deep midnight blue background.

The central field is adorned with a profusion of stylized flowers, sinuous stems, and elegant palmettes, arranged harmoniously and symmetrically. Warm shades of red, gold, and brown stand out with refinement against the dark background, creating a striking and highly decorative visual contrast. Size : 300 x 200 cm + 5 cm of fringe on each side.
Condition : Used, with small white wool spots scattered throughout. One edge has some wool missing. The fringes show some soiling, as seen in the photos. There are a few minor imperfections, a subtle color variation against the blue background.
The rug remains sturdy and in good overall condition, fully retaining its decorative appeal and vintage character.
