"Terracotta Sculpture "on The Farming Hay" By Passani 1930s"
Elegant terracotta sculpture mounted on a rectangular red marble base. The sculpture, named "On the Farming HAY," depicts a mother watching her son play with a turkey. The woman is depicted with her hair tied back and a long dress, while the semi-naked child reaches out with his arm toward the turkey. This sculpture displays remarkable stylistic and sculptural artistry, capable of furnishing any space with taste and class. The sculpture is attributed to Decimo Passani (1884-1952), a well-known Tuscan sculptor active in Florence. Florentine manufacture (Florence, Italy) from the 1930s.
