"Lalique Cup "
René Lalique – “Vernon” Bowl, Opalescent Pressed Glass, Sunflower Relief Decoration, Diameter: 22 cm, Circa 1928. A very beautiful “Vernon” bowl in clear and opalescent glass, decorated with large sunflowers molded on the exterior. The opalescence is prominent, with superb bluish reflections depending on the light, characteristic of René Lalique's work from this period. The piece is in very good overall condition, without cracks or repairs. A few discreet micro-traces of use, perfectly consistent with the age of the object. The signature “R. Lalique France” is molded under the base. This model is listed in the 1928 Lalique catalog.
