The enamel scene on a domed porcelain plaque depicts a shepherdess resting under a tree, with a sheep, a basket of flowers, and her straw hat beside her.
The engraved vermeil mount is encircled by interlacing patterns adorned with rubies. Mother-of-pearl plaque on the back.
C-shaped clasp, metal pin, fully functional mechanism.
Unhallmarked vermeil silver, tested with a touchstone.

Note:
Minor wear to the enamel of the miniature.
One of the stones is a replacement and is not a ruby (visible under UV light).
Very good condition.
