Rose Stapleton graduame, ready to hangted from the National College of Art and Design in Ireland in 1999 with a BA in Printmaking, which she obtained with honors.
She was elected a Fellow of the Water Colour Society of Ireland in 2004.
Her current work explores the theme of the everyday spaces we occupy and inhabit: family and professional, private and public spaces.
She has exhibited extensively since 1987 in venues including the Royal Hibernian Academy in Dublin, Solomon Fine Art in Dublin, Jorgensen Fine Art in Dublin, Contemporary Irish Prints in New York, The Banquet Exhibition at the Royal Hibernian Academy, and Petley Fine Art in London. Rose Stapleton's works are held in numerous private and public collections, including AXA Insurance, Bank of Ireland, Bank of Montreal, Maynooth College, O'Flaherty Holdings, and United Arts Club Dublin.
