This dating and origin are explained by reviewing the captions for the photos in the reference book (see the Vincent potter's plate, "Good Citizen," of similar shape and decoration). Post-revolutionary period. Decorated with garlands and bouquets. Good condition, however, a chip has been repaired. Diameter 22.5 cm
