Louis XVI Commode, 18th Century
Louis XVI Commode, 18th Century. A lovely Louis XVI commode in satinwood veneer, dating from the 18th century. It opens at the front with three drawers. Its uprights are rounded with marquetry featuring simulated fluting and adorned with pretty bronze mounts. It rests on small spindle feet with marquetry featuring simulated fluting, terminating in small bronze sabots. It is topped with its original gray marble, molded all around with a cavetto molding. All its bronze mounts are original. It measures 130 cm in length, 65 cm in depth, and 90 cm in height. It is in very good condition.
