Beautiful wool and silk rug, 20th century, from Punjab, in the northwest of India (the word Punjab means "land of the five rivers"). Decorated with flowering foliage, it is predominantly light and soft, pink, cream and touches of blue.
Its average dimensions are perfect for an apartment, 245 x 160 cm.
It is in excellent general condition and has been cleaned by a specialist company, but a halo has remained, visible in the photos; the price takes this into account.
