Barrel with flat sides then round, dated ‘1813’ on the left side, inspection mark on the right side.
Flintlock with hammer and straight crest marked ‘Maubeuge Manuf Imple’ and stamped with a crowned ‘F’ corresponding to the standard mark for black powder weapons in France.
Brass counter-lock and trigger guard, marked by the founders.
Wooden mount, marked with design stamps.
Steel ramrod with ‘nail head’.
Inspection marks.
