NATIONAL GUARD OFFICER'S BELT PLATE, 1850 model
France, Presidency of Louis Napoleon
Gilded brass, silver, leather.
H: 6cm – W: 5.4cm

Gilded brass plate with cut corners, decorated in the center with an uncrowned silver stamped eagle holding Jupiter's spindle in its talons.
On the back, the hook and loop are present, as well as its original leather.
