Total length: 97 cm; Blade length: 84.5 cm
Nickel silver mount with traces of nickel plating.
Long spoon-shaped pommel, topped with three discs of decreasing diameter.
Buffalo horn pommel, filigree twisted brass wire.
Rounded joint arc, pierced with an eyelet on the upper part.
Three secondary branches.
Oval pommel ending in a curved drop-shaped quillon.
Straight double-edged blade with grooves, marked ‘Manufacture Nationale d'armes de Châtellerault 9bre 1925 Offer d'Infre Mle 1882’ and acid-engraved with foliage on each side; signed ‘À HELIOT ANDRÉ’ on one side and ‘PROMO LA ST CYRIENNE’ on the other; hallmarks.
Leather tie.
Steel scabbard with remnants of nickel plating on a ring.
