"Bacchanal Scene By Nicolas Poussin (1594 In Les Andelys, Normandy - 1665 In Rome), Circle"
This Bacchanal scene was executed in the 17th century. Due to the great similarity in style, composition and period of creation, and thanks to the opinion of the Old Master experts at the Dorotheum auction house in Vienna, it was executed by a French painter who was working in the style of Poussin at the same time.
