A cut crystal service comprising two cups with saucers enhanced with a chiseled gilt bronze mount, a pitcher with a spout and handle decorated with a helmeted Roman head and its sugar bowl with a removable lid with a gilt bronze swan as a handle. The same swirling leaf motif and diamond cut are repeated on all the elements of this typically Charles X set. Probably Le Creusot.
