Very pretty pair of covered salt cellars in silver by the goldsmith René Pierre Ferrier, received master in 1775. An oil holder and a signed goblet are kept at the Museum of Fine Arts in Paris (Petit Palais).
They rest on 4 claw feet, the body is openwork with chiseled laurel garlands with a medallion in the center. The hinged lid is chiseled with channels, the grip in the shape of a pine tree. The interior in blue tinted glass.
