This elegant clock features a portico supporting the clock face, with a floral decoration underneath, and a marquetry ornamentation crafted from fine woods and gilded and chiseled bronze. Above the dial and the fluted columns, in the Doric style and topped with gilded Corinthian capitals, are elaborate gilded floral and plant motifs. The dial is in white enamel with Roman and Arabic numerals, and the hands are in gilded and chiseled bronze.
The lower part of the clock features a marquetry motif with geometric motifs, and the lateral columns are embellished with gilded capitals and fluted details. The front features the door for the music box, surrounded by a studded frame and covered with a layer of red fabric covered with a bronze openwork in the shape of bellflowers. Above is a festoon of leaves and flowers that runs the length of the chest; in the center is a garland of laurel branches, musical instruments, and a finely chiseled bronze sheet music.On the back of the case, you can see the musical mechanism, consisting of a carillon connected to small organ pipes.
