Exceptional Tea and Coffee Service in solid silver in the Regency style. This 4 piece service comprises aTeapot, Coffee Pot, Sugar Bowl and Pitcher / Creamer, with chased decoration called "à la Bérain" composed of friezes of foliage scrolls on an amati ground, and with lids and pouring spouts reproducing the same decoration articulated around large Fleurs de Lys. Interiors of the Pitcher and Sugar Bowl are in Vermeil (Gold on Silver) of very good quality. Handles are rosewood. Hallmarks Minerva 1st Title (.950) and Hallmarks of the Master Goldsmiths TETARD Frères. This exceptional complete Tea and Coffee Service is in very good condition, also revised and cleaned by our Goldsmith, micro-scratches of use.
