Pistol with two superposed barrels, rifled, marking on the upper band of the barrel "REMINGTON ARMS UMC CO ILION NY ", serial number 21 under the barrel plus a punch. Each time the hammer is cocked, the firing pin swings from one barrel to the other and allows both cartridges in caliber 41 RF to be fired.
